  • Missed Deadlines: If there are substantial delays (beyond 30% of the timeline) caused solely by us.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Client delays or failure to provide required input

  • Scope changes or cancellations after substantial progress

  • Completed milestones, consulting hours, or support retainers

  • Change of mind after work has commenced

Revisions

Projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur additional costs, as detailed in your service agreement.
