1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our web development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer web development, design, and related digital services as outlined in individual service agreements, proposals, or project scopes.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due according to the terms specified in your invoice or agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of [insert fee, e.g., 5% of the invoice total per 15 days overdue], unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom design and development work created during the project will become your property, unless otherwise stated. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

5. Revisions and Approvals

The client is entitled to a limited number of design or content revisions (typically two to three) as outlined in the service agreement. Additional changes may incur additional charges.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work and hours invested up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, data loss, or disruptions caused by third-party services or tools used during development.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
